Aqua Trust – KBW10 Water Treatment Unit

A high-capacity water treatment system with 1000 GPD (3000 liters/day) output, designed to handle high salinity levels up to 3000 PPM. Utilizes pre-filtration + RO + U.V sterilization to remove up to 95% of dissolved salts and ensure safe, clean water.

2. 20" granular activated carbon filter for chlorine and odor removal.
3. 20" carbon block filter for organic matter and gases removal.
4. Anti-scalant dosing system including:

• Dosing pump (Indian / Italian origin).
• 60L anti-scalant tank.
• 25L raw anti-scalant container.

1. 10 RO membranes for salt separation.
2. Two post-carbon safety filters.
3. UV sterilizer – 5.7 GPM capacity.
4. 1 HP pump for membrane feed.
5. Low-pressure switch for pump protection in case of water supply failure.
6. Solenoid valve.
7. Electric float switch for automatic start/stop based on storage tank level.
8. Fully enclosed cladding cabinet.

Payment Terms:

50% upon contract signing, 40% upon delivery, 10% after installation & commissioning.

Warranty: 1 year.

Delivery & Installation: Within 6 days from contract date.

Technical Support: Lifetime water analysis and reporting; maintenance and spare parts charged separately.

• 1" water inlet with bypass valve.
• 1" water outlet with valve.
• 1.5" drain connection.
• 220V power socket.
