This advanced water treatment system is engineered to deliver clean and safe water through a comprehensive process that includes mechanical filtration, chemical dosing, and final sterilization.

Main Components:

• Initial stainless steel motor, Italian brand HIDROTEC or LAYSSON (4 HP) or equivalent.
• Chlorine dosing pump (Italian/Indian) + 100 L chemical tank + 3 kg chlorine granules.
• Manual sand filter 18×65" with graded gravel and sand (300 kg).
• Manual carbon filter 18×65" (or manual multi-media vessel 24×72") with original Swedish Jacob carbon (60 kg).
• Antiscalant dosing pump (Italian/Indian) + 25 L antiscalant tank.
• 5-stage P.V.C housing with 20" cartridges (5-micron) for fine particle removal.
• High-pressure multistage pump, 1.5 HP HIDROTEC or LAYSSON, to feed RO membranes.
• 8" stainless steel membrane housing (2 elements) + 8" RO membrane for 90–99% salt rejection.
• Solenoid valve + low-pressure switch + TDS monitor + pressure gauges + flowmeter + electric float switch.
• Korean electrical control panel for full system automation.
• UV medical-grade sterilization unit (12 GPM) + bacterial filter to trap dead bacteria and viruses.
• All pipes and fittings are P.V.C (Sharif brand or equivalent) with high-pressure lines made of polypropylene.
