Designed by Aqua Trust, this plant delivers pure, safe water with a production capacity of 24 cubic meters per day, using a multi-stage treatment process from raw water intake to medical-grade disinfection.

Components & Specifications:

• Initial stainless steel pump, Italian Dianapro 2 HP (or equivalent), with automatic Flowmac control.
• Chlorine dosing pump (Indian/Italian) + 60L chemical tank + 2 kg chlorine granules.
• Automatic digital sand filter (16x65") with graded gravel and sand media (13 bags).
• Automatic digital carbon filter (16x65") with original Swedish Jacob carbon (45 kg).
• Antiscalant dosing pump (Indian/Italian) + 25L antiscalant tank.
• Jumbo housing 20" (original Taiwan) + tank pack + 2 polypropylene jumbo cartridges (5 microns).
• Multi-stage pump, 3 HP Laison (or equivalent).
• Stainless steel membrane housing 4" + 4" RO membrane for 90–99% salt rejection.
• 1" solenoid valve + low pressure switch + TDS analysis monitor + pressure gauges + 10 GPM flow meter.
• Electric float switch + Korean electrical control panel for full system operation.
• UV sterilization unit (12 GPM) + bacterial filter to trap dead bacteria and viruses.
• All piping, valves, and fittings from El Sherif brand or equivalent, with high-pressure lines in polypropylene.
