Aqua Trust offers a fully integrated water desalination, purification, and sterilization plant with a production capacity of 12 m³/day, designed to meet industrial and commercial needs with high efficiency. The plant uses multi-stage treatment to remove impurities, reduce salinity by up to 99%, and ensure safe, high-quality water.

Main Components:

• Italian Stainless Steel Feed Pump (1.5 HP – Hidrotec/Dianapro or equivalent) with automatic control.
• Automatic Digital Sand Filter 13×54" with graded gravel and sand for turbidity removal.
• Automatic Digital Carbon Filter 13×54" with Original Swedish Jacobi Carbon for chlorine, odor, and organic matter removal.
• Antiscalant dosing pump (Indian/Italian) with 25L chemical tank.
• Stainless Steel Frame for assembling all components.
• 20" Polypropylene Cartridge Filters (Original Taiwanese, 5-micron) for fine particle removal.
• High-Pressure Pump (2 HP – Laison or equivalent).
• 4" Stainless Steel Membrane Housings with 4 RO membranes for 90-99% salt rejection.
• Korean Electrical Control Panel for complete system operation.
• Ultraviolet (U.V) Sterilization Unit – 6 GPM with bacterial filter.
• Pressure gauges, flow meters, and electric float switch for monitoring and automation.
• Electric solenoid valves and safety switches for protection.
