Aqua Trust offers a fully integrated water desalination, purification, and sterilization plant with a production capacity of 6 m³/day, ideal for industrial and commercial applications. The plant utilizes multi-stage treatment processes to remove impurities, reduce salinity by up to 99%, and ensure the highest water purity standards.

Main Components:

• Italian Stainless Steel Feed Pump (1 HP – Hidrotec/Dianapro or equivalent) with Automatic Flow Control.
• Automatic Sand Filter 10×54" with graded gravel and sand for turbidity removal.
• Automatic Carbon Filter 10×54" with Original Swedish Jacobi Carbon to remove chlorine, odors, and organic matter.
• Antiscalant dosing pump with a 25L chemical tank.
• Stainless Steel Frame for mounting all components.
• 20" Polypropylene Cartridge Filters (5-micron) for fine particle removal.
• High-Pressure Pump (1.5 HP) to feed membranes.
• 4" Stainless Steel Membrane Housing with RO membrane for 90-99% salt removal.
• Korean Electrical Control Panel for complete system operation.
• Ultraviolet (U.V) Sterilization Unit – 6 GPM.
• Pressure gauges and flow meters for monitoring treated and reject water flow.
• Electric float switch for automatic water level control in the storage tank.
