Filtration and Iron & Manganese Removal System on Main Inlet (From 500 liters to 1 cubic meter per hour)

System Description:

This system is installed on the main inlet of villas, chalets, apartments, restaurants, and cafes. It is designed for groundwater sources with high levels of iron and manganese.

Purpose:

To remove turbidity, suspended solids, chlorine, algae, organic matter, odors, iron, manganese, and rust from water.

Operation:

The system operates automatically without manual intervention during backwash and rinse cycles.

Components:

• Automatic Control Head (Fleck 5600 brand)
• Vessel 10×54 (Kanther, Pentair) - Sand filter for removing turbidity, suspended solids, and dirt
• 75 kg gravel + graded sand from Egyptian quarries
• Upper and lower distributors + riser
• Vessel 10×54 (Kanther, Pentair) - Carbon filter for absorbing chlorine, algae, and organic matter
• 25 kg gravel + 15 kg Jacob activated carbon
• Perm filter for iron and manganese removal (Swedish origin)
• Two 20" jumbo housings with brackets and wrenches, polypropylene cartridge + granular carbon cartridge with 5-micron pores (50 cm height, 15 cm diameter)
• All pipes and valves (1" inlet and outlet valves, bypass valve, drain, power socket)

Payment Terms:

• 50% Contract
• 40% On Delivery
• 10% Upon Installation and Commissioning

• Warranty: 1 year
• Technical Support: Lifetime periodic reports and analysis
• Maintenance and Spare Parts: Separate contract
